Welcome to the official website of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial
Development Authority (YEIDA).
Established in 2001 under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Act,
1976, YEIDA is the nodal agency responsible for the planned and
sustainable development of the region along the Yamuna Expressway,
covering notified areas across Gautam Buddh Nagar, Bulandshahr, Aligarh,
Hathras, Mathura and Agra. Our mandate extends beyond infrastructure. It
is about building a well planned industrial, residential and
institutional ecosystem that creates lasting value for investors,
industry and residents a like.
YEIDA's development strategy is anchored in integrated planning. We work
to bring together industrial and institutional land development, quality
civic infrastructure, multimodal connectivity, village and rural
